GENERAL FEATURES
1. 2. 5 FULL AUTOMATIC FLOUR FILLING AND PACKAGING LINE
makes the filling and closing of the product into ready paper bags. The filled bag is closed through bag closing machine equipped with hot glue sprayer.
During the process, extra part of the bag is cut and folded. By applying hot glue, final folding is done.
Then, production and expiry dates are printed on the bags by an inkjet printer. The bags are then bundled and shrinked in required number.
CAPACITY: For 1kg 36-38 bags/minute; 2kg: 24-26 bags/minute; 5 kg: 14-16 bags/minute.
ACCURACY: Accuracy is ±0.5% for 1kg.
WARRANTY: 1 YEAR
ELECTRICITY: 380 V, 3 phased, 50 HZ. Consumption: 20KW/hour
